RETRUN & EXCHANGES POLICY
Our Return & Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made online at birchandvas.co. Our Return & Exchanges Policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the other applicable Consumer Law and regulations - based on your location and governing territories.
We are committed to your satisfaction, so (1) if there is a major failure with an item, you may choose to exchange, (2) if you purchase a product and have mistaken it for another product's benefits or use, you can either either exchange for the correct product or receive store credit within 10 days of your purchase.
Change of Preference or Mind: If you simply have a change of heart or preference, we do not provide exchanges for this case.
Gift or bonus with purchase and bundled items
Merchandise purchased with complimentary items or bonuses require that those items in addition to the purchased item be returned (unless otherwise stated). Customers who fail to return complimentary or bonus items overall or return them in subpar conditions will receive a reduction in their store credit by the value of the complimentary or bonus items. In the instance of bundle offers, all items within the bundle must also be returned or the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any available store credit.
Privacy When Making an Exchange
Birch + Vas Co is committed to protecting your privacy. Information collected when exchanging products will be securely stored for a reasonable period of time. It may be used for fraud protection activities and for the purpose of Birch + Vas research and analysis. It may be disclosed to state and territory departments upon request, as required by law.
Sales: If products are on sale they cannot be exchanged.
Birch + Vas works to offer high quality, cruelty-free goods at affordable price. In efforts to live out our mission, we only accept exchanges for products if met the following requirements: the merchandise must be (1) in salable condition; (2) unused and unopened maintaining all original packaging and contents; (3) returned to us with any and all complimentary or gift items received in combination with your order (when applicable); and (4) the exchange is initiated within 10 days of purchase. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS!
